I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Highly recommended, and unlike others, easy to do business with, get in contact with, and quality work. Thank you!

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.
