They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

TALK ABOUT KNOWLEDGE- Eddie not only gave me one of the most competitive quotes, he also gave me a 15 min phone consultation and answered every question I had. Most companies were short and vague. They sent us a very nasty service man. They broke the coffee mug, did not put the bedside table, the cable box, and the TV back where it was belong. They threw stuff everywhere and did not pick up the trash and the mess they made. They asked for 90$ cash via the phone, now he asked for $125 after 5 minutes to fix my drain; of course, I dont have 125$ cash, so I gave him a check. He yelled at me and took my TV. I called 911, he threw the TV back on the floor and walked away with my check. Dont ever use their service. They dont know how to treat customers, they treat us like we are dog and beg for their services . I am very upset. Minh

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.

I highly recommend BEST CHOICE PLUMING. On orthodox. I called them because the hot water heater broke and my basement was flooded they came right away and they two guys Ivan and Borys replaced everything-with in a reasonable time worked very professionally and were very nice. They told me exactly what they were doing. They did an exceptional job installing the new hot water heater and making sure my floors were wet vacuumed.
