They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I called Tony late at night on a Friday because my main sewer line was backing up through the basement drain. He was able to come out Saturday morning to clean the blockage, and fully resolve my issues. I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These gentlemen came to my home to replace my service line after an accident cracked the old lead one my house came with. They were able to replace it with a copper pipe, as well as give a new service port with cap, and minimized the time I had to go without water. The worker wearing sunglasses walked me through the steps they were taking and even let me know to flush the pipe from the hose bib in the yard to prevent sediment from clogging my sinks after the job was done.The new line was placed much better than the original and leaves room between the indoor shut off valve and the wall in case sometime in the future an emergency repair is needed for the future homeowners after me. They also attached my original grounding wires to the new pipes, which goes to show they are considerate (they also swept the dirt their boots tracked into the house as they left).Their service was conscientious and of good quality. Their price is reasonable and I didn't need to sacrifice thoroughness to get it. Thank you for your work!

Once the deposit was in, it did take approxamately a month to get the technicians in, with some phone calls back and forthbut, once our technicians arrived, Ivan K and David M, were excellent from the very beginning. They designed the lines very meticulously, taking into account the look, and functionality. They were able to troubleshoot a complicated line to our bedroom.They were very professional during the process, and respected space because we were primarily home. They took their time, made sure the job was done correctly, and stayed after to explain and give suggestions about everything.The cost was fair compared to other quotes we got, and I am highly satisfied with the service

Everything from how nice I was treated over the phone to how fast and friendly your service man was replacing our leaking spigot in the front of our house made it worth it to call you guys for plumbing services again.

Basement flooded due to broken pipes. Splash did an awesome job replacing the pipes, kept my house clean & helped w/insurance reimbursement.

Super pleased with my experience with Kelly from Veterans. She showed up right at 8 am, was very friendly, and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She gave me an estimate to patch my 100 year old cast iron pipe. Once she started working the pipe deteriorated more so she wound up being here all day but did not charge me extra labor for that! Really could not be happier with the service from Veterans

Well my time n my money was well spent. In my situation i had a diff plumber come out n i was just calling plumbing boys for a second opinion n price. Eddie came out(on time) n pointed out the same issue as the other only his price was half. Eddie was honest n explained that a few of the things i was being charged for from the other company didnt need to be touched. Needless to say himself n his employee Steve did the job fast,on time n very much to my satisfaction. Thank you Plumbing boys.

Tyler Syroskie was excellent to work with. He explained each step that he was performing, and bottom line solved the problem. Also during these troubling times, he wore mask and gloves and fllowed social distancing guidelines which we greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend Tyler and Zoom to anyone having drain issues.

Austin responded quickly to my call about a water leak and explained the problem and effectively repaired the leak the next day. He came on time and kept in touch. I highly recommend this Company and would use him again. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost. No complaints at all.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Very professional, great experience. They replaced a valve under my sink and the gas shut off valve. Very happy
