I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! The days of horrible plumbers are over. Book Veteran Plumbing online and you are set. We had a clogged drain that previous plumbers could not unclog. Veteran Plumbing sent Kelly out to fix it. It was a trick clog but Kelly tackled it. She was patient, reassuring and neat and tidy. Kelly was a pleasure to work with, she trully knows plumbing. She is now our go to plumber. I would not recommend this company. I requested for them to do an inspection of a prospective building sewer waste pipe. The gentlemen was on time but gave me a hard time about payment. Insistent on multiple occasions on getting paid before he left. I called the company to make payment and he still wanted verification. To make the matter worse, when I requested for the video which I paid for immediately on his multiple request, I never received the video. Called back a few times for the video because seller wanted proof. Again, no video. Three weeks later still no video for the payment which was made immediately as requested.

Great service done in a reasonable time. He was able to do my service at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up my sink after he was done, previous workers haven’t done such of a nice service. Will be using this service again.

These are great people. They've done many, many jobs for me, have come in a timely way when time is an issue, and have taken care of issues in a professional way. They've also done a few things in the kitchen that are in additional to the regular services they provide.

I can't believe all these overwhelmingly high reviews. Scroll down for TLDR. They did not complete the job properly and I had to hire another company to redo the remediation. I'm just relieved that it was caught and I can see many people blindly trusting professionals to do the job (especially companies that often work together) and assume it's been done. Our seller hired this company which was recommended by a testing company -- Mold Inspections & Testing -- who by the way also did a terrible job (unethical). WMF restoration basically cut a small piece of our sink area that had black toxic mold and called it a day when there was clearly wet drywall right next to it. Of course the test passed once the testing company, Mold Inspections & Testing, came back to do the test (they did an air test initially and then a surface test over the paint -- of course it'll pass). They also came back to remove the untreated area and then charged the seller for it.TLDR: I would NOT hire this company to do mold remediation work for all my black toxic mold was NOT CLEAR and don't assume everything is clear if you're using a testing company that recommends them (e.g. MI&T), even if they say so. Hire another testing company that is not associated with WMF to double check their remediation work to receive UNBIASED and ACCURATE testing. I also couldn't find their reviews on Angie's list or other reputable sites -- go figure.
