They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

This was my first time using Roger Ross- I had a toilet and garbage disposal needing repair which Dan quickly diagnosed and resolved in no time. Additionally, he showed me a few how-to’s in the event the problems occurred again, which I greatly appreciated considering how little I know about fixing up things around the house. I suggest reading all other reviews of Best Choice Plumbing located on 2510 Orthodox Street in Philadelphia.I am also one of the home owner who got ripped-off by these monsters. I read previous reviews and now I will be taking action.They quoted me 3000 and I agreed and signed the contract. After the saleman left and my check was deposited, the saleperson called me and told me the same thing, Miss the pipe is broken, and strated telling me stories like I am from 3rd workd country. NAAAAA. I will let them have my deposit and I know how to screw them the legal way. I AM ON IT.I heard they paid someone to get the plumbing licemce and I will be reaching out to licencing and inspection to check on these people. They are doing harm to this small communinty and stealing money from them. Poor people dont know how to reach out to the right authorities.DUE TO SECURITY REASON I WILL NOT RELEASE MY NAME ON A REVIEW BUT THEY KNOW WHO I AM .BEWARE OF THEM
