Best Repair Air Conditioner in Philadelphia PA

I had a great experience using Goodman Plumbing. They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment to install our new hot water heater the next day. Nick did the installation, he was on time and explained everything he was going to do in great detail. he worked fast and cleaned up everything before he left. I highly recommend Goodman!

They are the best, professional, good people skills, take the time to explain what's going on. Just all around great service! I love this company ! I learn something whenever I need them. I needed a drain cleaning for my stationary tub between my washer and dryer. John and Joe called me when they were on their way and called when they were outside, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. When they assessed the situation I was told I’d need a new pipe. Needless to say I started to worry about the cost. John made one phone call and came back with a more than fair price for all the work to be done. John and Joe explained everything clearly and concisely. I could not have been more pleased.

It's taken me a while to review Veteran, but I can now speak to the highly consistent level of service I get with them! Both Kelly and Chris are very professional, and I trust them completely. We have had multiple contractors and plumbers, spent time and money, but it was with Veteran that we are getting the right advice, repairs, and replacements. Chris has excellent steam boiler knowledge which we desperately need to get ours working efficiently. We finally have consistent hot water and pressure all thanks to Veteran. I appreciate that Chris and Kelly take the time to explain things thoroughly and are honest - our house is old and has had some 'creative' updates, so it's a giant puzzle. They take the time to lay out my options, so I really feel I can make informed decisions about the work being done. They are very busy because they are outstanding at what they do, but I'd rather wait for people who are going to do the job right than to have it done wrong (which we have done in the past, and that hurts). I wish I had found Veteran sooner!

I’ve used McLaughlin for many many years lotta air conditioning, heating ,maintenance and other things . I’m extremely disappointed with this experience . I was happy that they came right out which I paid a little bit over two hundred dollars . but they did come out the same day that I called so that’s a positive . however I showed the mechanic who was a very nice person , very clean very , very professional where I had issues he evaluated it and gave me a price to fix a relay switch , it was a little bit over $750. And I said OK go order the part and call me when it comes in. Well I looked up the part that he needed HoneywellR845A1030 and the part cost me $90. That’s right $90. There are 8 wires to disconnect and two sheet metal screws to remove the unit. Put the new unit back ,screw in sheet screws reconnect the eight wires and you’re done. So how can I justify a $700 charge. That’s all I’m saying. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new heating and air-conditioning company to service my house. They are very dependable so it is a shame about the extraordinary price

I went through something absurd. I made a reservation about Green Heating & Cooling Elec and air conditioning repair a week ago. And, they are supposed to come today, but they didn't keep their promises. Never trust this company. It is a very bad company.Also, the reason for not coming on the day was too embarrassing. The reason is that there is no knowledge of air conditioning.If so, if I had spoken a week ago, I would have contacted another company. It's a really bad company.

I had some minor issues in need of repair and they came out the same day and resolved them. Quick, friendly, and professional!
