I have used Andrew and crew twice — the first time they came out in the middle of a snow storm (in Manayunk no less) to help with a pilot light / furnace issue at one of my rentals. They were the only ones on the road and every part of that stressful experience was made 100x’s better working with them.The second time they came out was to replace two water heaters, which were quoted at a very fair price. They were able to come out and get the job done quickly with minimal disruption.Communication was on point from start to finish. Dawn, in the office, is a wonderful first impression and very nice to work with and Andrew is super patient and helpful when it comes to understanding the work. They also gave me an accurate time of arrival which is very helpful when coordinating with tenants.I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

I had such a pleasant experience having M.T.D come out and handle the issue that arose at a rental property. They were quick in responding to my call and promptly showed up on location. Every person I spoke with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. Finally, a Plumbming company that doesn’t try to take advantage of its customers or over change. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

Awesome experience! After having issues with another company showing up late and rescheduling, I put in a request for a quote through Google. They came the very next day and were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. So happy we found this company since it's very hard to find people who will come and fix the issue without a lot of fuss! Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would advise everyone to stay away from Bobby plumbing and heating, and find a more reliable service provider who values their customers and their money.I hope this helps.
