City Plumbing was contracted through our insurance, and we were very happy with their services. They came out 3 days before the work was done to put up clearly marked no parking signs from the City of Philadelphia in front of our home, and even knocked on neighbors’ doors as a courtesy to notify them about the work/parking. Overall a good experience, and we can finally flush our toilet and use our water again!

They unclog my shower drain, it kept on feeling up. And my kitchen sink to. Now it save me sometime cause I had to clean the sink and shower like every day. They done a great job

I’ll try to keep this long story short. In the beginning of July, 2022, I called Bill Frusco for an estimate for service. Upon receiving the estimate via email, they asked for a $400 deposit, for which I provided my debit card but told them not to use it as I had one more estimate to get. On 7/5/22, I let them know, again via email, that I had contracted with someone else and to shred my debit card information. Out of nowhere, on 7/15/22, I received a call from Molly to confirm my appointment on 7/18/22, which I clearly did not know anything about (nor was it even the date of service that I needed) and they proceeded to take $400 out of my bank account…without my authorization. Today is 7/25/22 and still don’t have my money back. BEWARE of this company!!!

Great! We called Derrick at about 8 or 9 pm due to a broken water heater and he came out first thing the following morning. By about noon he had the new one installed and we were able to start checking the water pressure throughout the house! We really appreciate his work.

Very neat, dependable & reasonable

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.

My Pro was very Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. He was able to resolve on site. I have had no more leakes and was able to repair my ceiling with no worries of it leaking into the living room again. I would recommend to family and Friends. Price very reasonable within my budget

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.
