I've used East Falls Plumbing for years now. Bill and his crew are responsive, kind, and helpful. I can trust Bill to do the very best job. He replaced my water heater and fixed a leak that came from my bathroom down to my kitchen. He also replaced my bathroom faucet.

They unclog my shower drain, it kept on feeling up. And my kitchen sink to. Now it save me sometime cause I had to clean the sink and shower like every day. They done a great job

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Second time I have used this company and they are always on time, do great work, and are super professional. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. I’ve use this company in the past. I always call them when I need Freon replacement. They’re pretty reliable and good, however I had an emergency and I had no heating. I needed someone to come out on a Sunday. The only day available with the following day Monday. Now ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue but tonight is going to be 25°. I can’t suffer. That is why I gave them three stars. They are a good company now but if you need someone to come out for an emergency you might not be able to rely on them.
