You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I worked with Kelly today. She was extremely nice and knew a great deal about the work. She seemed trustworthy and was a pleasure to work with. A+ for Kelly!The quote and payment seemed high but that isn’t Kelly’s fsult by any means.In normal circumstances I would’ve gotten another quote but needed the work done on the toilet ASAP.

I called Zoom, late on a Saturday night, expecting to reach a voice mail. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep who had a technician out at my house Sunday morning. The plumber, Mike Sweeney, was punctual, incredibly friendly, honest and hardworking. I will be using Zoom for any/all plumbing services.

Derek was very on time, maybe slightly early and was very thorough about the work he has too do. The job was expensive but I think reasonable considering he had to unclogged my sewer connection from all the wet wipes we foolishly used. Just because wipes are listed as flushable does not mean that they are. Derek had to pull junk out from under the toilet, from the shower drain and our sewer line to the city. It was a big job and it required someone like Derek. Also his “bedside matter” was excellent. He made a stressful and embarrassing situation like no big deal. I highly recommend.Please understand that jobs like this are supposed be expensive and it would go a long way, to get past your sticker shock and trust Derek.

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable.
