The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Got an estimate for a broken street trap and when M.T.D. Drains got down to the trap they found that they had to replace more of the pipe than expected, but he stuck to the original estimate even though it took much longer than expected.

Tyler did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in my drainage system, and he and Sean repaired the problem withn a day or two. It was a major job, taking around 6 hours. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a comfortable professional manner. Initially this company was my second opinion and I am so very glad I called them because I ended up spending significantly less money than another company had quoted me. But even more important was that the other company was clearly incorrect in the problem and solution they had proposed. I most definitely will continue to use the services of Mr. Rooter in Glenside, and very highly recommend them.
