I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Anthony and Dan came out and fixed our hot water heater. They were fast, efficient, and courteous! I’m super impressed with this company, from the woman who answers the phone every time I call, to the owners, and everyone in between! The prices are incredibly reasonable too! Other companies likely would have told us we had to replace our whole unit, but Anthony took the time to dig deep and fix the real problem!

Do not trust this guy with any major job in your home. Communication is horrible. He has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule, and he overcharges.
