I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

After Saturday and Super Bowl Sunday with no heat or hot water, I visited the website of McLoughlin PHC. I read the reviews and liked that they were in close proximity. I left a message Monday morning at 6am and the office called about 8am. The receptionistconfirmed my information and told me that a tech would be out between 11 and 2 pm; and Jesse, the tech, arrived around 12:30. I was very happy to see him since it was 55 degrees in the house. He diagnosed the problem and about 3 hours later, the problems were fixed. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations to extend the life of my boiler.
