Best Hvac System Maintenance in Philadelphia PA

I've been using East Falls Plumbing for years. As a landlord I need prompt service and Bill has never disappointed. I'm always confident he and his people will get the job done right the first time. So thankful I found him!

City Plumbing was contracted through our insurance, and we were very happy with their services. They came out 3 days before the work was done to put up clearly marked no parking signs from the City of Philadelphia in front of our home, and even knocked on neighbors’ doors as a courtesy to notify them about the work/parking. Overall a good experience, and we can finally flush our toilet and use our water again!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

I contracted Frusco Plumbing to replace pipes and fixtures in my bath. The work was excellent, completed on time, priced well, and was finished with a total clean-up. I will use Frusco Plumbing again in the future.

Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth. I'm glad I found Veteran Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. My wife and I are both veterans so we love supporting a veteran owned and operated company in the area. Most importantly the timeliness and quality of work was great. I scheduled my consult on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon, and the plumber, Kelly, arrived on time. She understood what I needed done to an older cast iron residential drain and scheduled the repair for that Wednesday (work was part of a non-emergent remodel). Frank from McLoughlin was awesome - he came to my house quickly on a Saturday morning, was super helpful in helping me learn about the problem, and quickly resolved the problem. My sink trap had run its course, began to rupture, and needed replacement. Frank handled it professionally and helped me understand more about my homes plumbing during our conversation. I highly recommend BEST CHOICE PLUMING. On orthodox. I called them because the hot water heater broke and my basement was flooded they came right away and they two guys Ivan and Borys replaced everything-with in a reasonable time worked very professionally and were very nice. They told me exactly what they were doing. They did an exceptional job installing the new hot water heater and making sure my floors were wet vacuumed. I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.
