What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasn't even ready for their arrival because i hadn't anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional.Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didn't believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were!Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! This is my second time using Economy Drain Cleaning and I am just as happy with the service I received, as I was the first time. The team is veryprofessional & helpful. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Completely inappropriate and unprofessional service. I simply called to ask for documentation of the service performed for our unit being not up to code and the owner, Bill, was completely rude, did not listen to me, and hung up on me. Will not ever use this service.

What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

Very nice company to work with. Came out quickly to do the repair. Cost was much better than I expected. I would definitely be calling them in the future for any repairs I might have

I have had issues with contractors and sub-contracts in the past, especially recently with supply chain problems driving prices and availability issues through the roof. George and the team at Green HVAC was incredible. I had a few specific issues and requests. Appointments were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They were polite and helpful. When I asked for a solution to a humidity problem and had my options explained to me, it was easy to schedule the major work. When the work was done, the instillation was very well thought out and cleanly executed. The level of expertise was visible in how cleanly things were done. Thank you so much for your help!
