Best Hot Water Tank Install in Philadelphia PA

I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and that's hard to find in this type of industry. Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas I'd called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didn't even bother to answer. If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys

I HIGHLY recommend City Plumbing! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! They replaced my rotted sewer line this morning without a hitch . I have never used them before but if I have any other plumbing/sewer issues I will be calling them.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Great service done in a reasonable time. He was able to do my service at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up my sink after he was done, previous workers haven’t done such of a nice service. Will be using this service again.

I had a emergency issue and had to call them late at night. The person who answered me was very courteous and professional and asked me to submit videos and photos of the problem. He explained the situation and reassured me and followed up the next day with great advice. Turned out to be the owner of the company!
