Best Heating Issue in Philadelphia PA

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My water heater broke down on me during the coldest stretch of winter. I was so grateful for these guys coming out quickly and sufficiently! I was worried this would be a crazy expensive repair but they were able to offer me a great deal. Finding reliable plumbing is hard but Callowhill is the real deal.

The installation was done professionally, but seemed to take longer than it should have.
We had some difficulty making payment and the company was very patient with us.

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.

I called this guy for an estimate and to see if he could actually do the job I needed done..he was very loud mean and arrogant. He did not take the time to hear me out while I was talking to him. I thought it was very rude for him to keep over talking me. You can hear that he is an older male so I tried to be respectful while talking to him but he just would not stop over talking me while being arrogant at the same time. I just got frustrated and said thank you I will call you back and hung up!!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Our old water heater sprung a leak and we were without hot water. After calling nearly a dozen plumbers, who either couldn't come out for at least a week, or quoted us some outrageous amount, Julio and Eddie came to the rescue! They squeezed us in within an hour or so of calling and finished the job in under 2 hours! They were friendly, professional, and very, VERY reasonably priced! We'll be returning customers as long as we live in Philly.
