Best Heaters Replacements in Philadelphia PA
I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because the hose of my previous one started leaking badly. Tony came the same day I called him (Sunday). He was careful and meticulous with his work, put my worries at ease, and was very patient answering my questions and concerns. He's a straight-shooter; I thought I might need new shut-off water valves placed, and he told me that they were fine as is (saving me a good chunk of $!). I highly recommend Tony, and will certainly be calling him for my future plumbing needs!

Water heater went so I called Splash. I ended up texting them photos and they gave me a good price moments later. They came out stuck to the price and installed a quality product. Thanks so much!

I used Best Price for the first time and I would definitely use them again. It is hard to find someone you can trust. I would highly recommend them.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

Timely and professional, but very expensive! $358 just to change a faucet. It took one hour of work and I provided the new faucet. I was pleased with the service, but the price was very high for a relatively simple task. I would’ve done it myself had I had the proper tools.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.

I’ve use this company in the past. I always call them when I need Freon replacement. They’re pretty reliable and good, however I had an emergency and I had no heating. I needed someone to come out on a Sunday. The only day available with the following day Monday. Now ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue but tonight is going to be 25°. I can’t suffer. That is why I gave them three stars. They are a good company now but if you need someone to come out for an emergency you might not be able to rely on them.

This company is not interested in providing a service they are interested in charging you for everything. Called other places who do not charge fees to come out. Called other plumbers who gave a rate on toilet installation.Called for someone to give me a quote on a toilet install. Everything Jessica said on the phone was “it depends” there is a fee for someone to come out and look. And if they use their skills or brain there is a fee. The fees are not reasonable it’s $100 if the leaks are not visible and when they use a camera it’s $295 dollars. Outrageous. The company should be paying for that if they want customers and want to build a relationship. I then asked for an estimate since my leak is viable in the basement and it may not even be plumbing related. Jessica said she can have an estimator out next week but when she took my information down again she pressed that if any investigation has to be done by the plumber there is a $100+ dollar fee! She then called her supervisor Joey who refused service to me. Because I wanted a simple quote / estimate on a toilet replacement. Joe also now says Lansdale is too far.
