Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. I called Buzz Duzz this morning for a plumbing leak in my aunts house. Christine in the office was great and they sent someone out within the hour. The plumber that was sent, Joe, was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and speedy service. Price was good as well. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was on point.
