I can't say enough about how responsive Warren was. I called him at 930 pm on a Saturday night in a pretty desperate state, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and was out on Sunday morning to fix it. Warren and the person with him (who I think was JP) went above and beyond to take care of the problem, explaining everything to me at every step of the way. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Anthony and his apprentice were super amazing They showed me step-by-step everything they were doing and what I needed to do further.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Very satisfied. Contacted him in the morning and he came around by early afternoon, very prompt. Explained very clearly the root cause of the issue, the options, and the plan to fix. Though he was called in to fix a leaky toilet, he also noticed our sink drain had a minor issue and fixed it gratis. He also provided some tips for other potential issues we might have with our shower and how to keep an eye out for any problems that might arise. I feel like I got a bonus plumbing assessment for our second floor bathroom. Above all else, he was very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended especially for anyone in the Rox/Manayunk area in need of a plumber.

My living room ceiling had a bubble and I called Best plumbing solution and Akeem came to see what the scope of work entail. Later that evening he remove the toilet and the flang was rotten . I had hard water residue that I could no remove and he cleaned it for me. He also changed the water line.?He was professional and clean . I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber

Recently added a review of one star, spoke with owner and everything was corrected. It was basic miscommunication and once I spoke with owner everything was completed professional and in a timely neat fashion with amazing communication.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Pros: came very quickly (DAYS before other local plumbers) and were very friendly to my dogCons: left trash and tile debris all over my bathroom; did not cut bolts used to fasten toilet to flange, just sat caps on them loosely; smears/drips of blood all over toilet, floor and wall; toilet re-installed too close to one wall, not in original spotCalled owner the following day who promised to send a crew to resolve problems. Owner returned my call an hour later to say that one of the complaints was my fault, not theirs (that was true) and to say that the toilet-too-close-to-the-wall issue was unresolvable once it was installedI'm still waiting for that crew to come back as I scrub their blood from my bathroom wall.UPDATE: Notice that the owner's response to any negative review isn't Please contact us - we want to make it right, earn your business and hopefully earn a 5-star review. Instead, EVERY response throws it back on the customer, accuses them of making things up and refuses any accountability, as if the plumbers couldn't have possibly done anything that wasn't 100% perfect. I wish I noticed that beforehand.

Clarence did a heck of a job for me. It is so hard to find a great plumber in Philly. I had a major leak and he stopped it immediately then came back later to do a longer term fix. Honest - dependable and fairly priced. Use this man!

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself
