The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. Looking for a reliable plumber?....look no further! I received a call back from these guys and they were out to give me an estimate in about an hour. I was not expecting them out so quickly so I had my mom go over and wait for them since I had to go to work. I was shocked to find out a few hours later that all of my leaks were fixed! Not only were my leaks fixed they had gone over to my mothers house and fixed her clogged sink. I was looking for a plumber for a few weeks making phone calls with no calls back. It was extremely frustrating. It was such a relief to find these guys! It’s good to know that reliable people still exist. Drains R Us will be handling all of my future plumbing needs!!UPDATE... I just used these guys again and received another amazing visit. I called them in the morning and they were there in 2 hours....on a SATURDAY! They could have charged me and arm and a leg but he was honest and explained to me what needed to be replaced! In a matter of minutes my sink was up and running like new! These guys will not disappoint!

We needed emergency service. After calling several plumbers Andrew Gardiner returned our call, came to our house to access the situation. We had already been without water for 3 days. I would highly recommend Andrew and his dad for any plumbing job. They were very professional and got the job done.

After Saturday and Super Bowl Sunday with no heat or hot water, I visited the website of McLoughlin PHC. I read the reviews and liked that they were in close proximity. I left a message Monday morning at 6am and the office called about 8am. The receptionistconfirmed my information and told me that a tech would be out between 11 and 2 pm; and Jesse, the tech, arrived around 12:30. I was very happy to see him since it was 55 degrees in the house. He diagnosed the problem and about 3 hours later, the problems were fixed. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations to extend the life of my boiler. I am a first time customer and I will be following up soon with the service recommendations.......thanks to Jesse.

My living room ceiling had a bubble and I called Best plumbing solution and Akeem came to see what the scope of work entail. Later that evening he remove the toilet and the flang was rotten . I had hard water residue that I could no remove and he cleaned it for me. He also changed the water line.?He was professional and clean . I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.

I scheduled an appointment and took time off work to be home during the 3 hour window they gave me. They called to cancel while I was home waiting for them and refused to schedule another appointment outside of work hours.
