Goodman Plumbing is excellent. We originally called them to vet a potential water heater leak before leaving on vacation (wasn't leaking thankfully). We contracted them again to remove and replace our old waterheater with a new efficiency model.Their pricing is really reasonable for the quality of work, and they're up front if there are any surprises that change the quote. In my case, we had to run additional piping to install a new drain, which added a bit to the total.The work they did was excellent. Everything was super clean and you wouldn't have known everything wasn't already piped the way it was. Would hire again.Oh and they can schedule you really quickly. For the emergency water leak check, they came the morning after we called. For the water heater install, we were able to schedule under a week from requesting.

I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

I had multiple plumbing issues that needed replacement, repairing and installing. This was my first time using I fixed it and I was so very pleased. I had several plumbers come out to look at my plumbing issues and as for the shower I was told multiple times that it could not be fixed. When Tony from ifixedit came he was determined to get a shower for me. He searched and searched for parts for an original shower in my house that is an older home even after completing the other plumbing jobs I had and came up with an idea which gave me a beautiful shower and I didn't have to get an entire bathroom remodel. His prices are fair his work is excellent. He is respectful and takes care of your home he is covid conscious, wears his mask and cleans his work area. **As a military family, we support veteran owned businesses as much as possible.**Let's start with, I received a call the day before to discuss issues I was having with 2 cast iron radiators. The morning of the appointment, I received a text message that Chris Tucker was on his way and a link allowed track his arrival. He was masked and wore protective booties over his boots.He immediately diagnosed the issue as substandard air valves and replaced both. While we waited for the steam system to heat up, he explained everything about the radiators, including the lifespan, how the new air valves work and that the radiator can be taken apart!He also took time to explain the entire system and why the living room had a two pipe radiator. So, not only did he correct substandard work, Chris provided education.Definitely a preferred contractor now!

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

I'm really happy with the service we received! Bob McLoughlin was really responsive when I reached out to schedule and gave me an estimate over the phone. He sent a plumber out really quickly, who removed a radiator for us. While he was here, he gave me a few great suggestions to make our hot water system more efficient (one that was free for me to do, and one that would require some work but with no pressure to do it). Next time we have a plumbing need, I'll come back to McLoughlin.

Brandon absolutely saved me after the Best Buy installation crew screwed me over. They made up a fake issue I'd need to have resolved before I could get the gas dryer they just delivered installed. He was able to come out the same day and finish the installation. We've been calling Brandon for common issues for years now and always got great service. I'm not a big review writer but I have to appreciate someone coming over to fix another crew's mistakes.

Recently added a review of one star, spoke with owner and everything was corrected. It was basic miscommunication and once I spoke with owner everything was completed professional and in a timely neat fashion with amazing communication.

McClain Bros. was performing work on my neighbor's home. During this process, they drove their truck onto the sidewalk and destroyed our brick and mortar flower bed/planter in front of our home. Three of our neighbors independently witnessed this, took photos, license plate, etc. McClain denies they did it and refuses to repair the damage or take responsibility. Further, their employees were extremely rude during my follow up interactions (with one exception). I would not recommend working with such an unscrupulous outfit, wish I could give Zero Stars.
