They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I came across this company by chance and thank God for that very friendly professional people I've ever seen. The guy that came out to my house talk to me explain everything that he was going to do . I will be calling them the can if I need anything else done

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. If you're looking for fast, reasonable, non-pushy plumbing service, this is it. WOW! Mr. Rooter of Glenside quite literally saved our day and they did it FAST. We called Mr. Rooter of Glenside at around 12:30pm today because of a backed up shower drain that was leaking sewage - needless to say we needed help quickly. Sally, who answered the call, was very courteous and friendly, quickly asked for the info on the job and location and let us know she would get someone out between 2pm-4pm to help, if not sooner. I am not kidding you when I say that less than 20 minutes later a Mr. Rooter truck pulled up outside of our house. Kevin was very friendly and came in, walked the house with me to understand the plumbing layout, diagnosed the issue, let us know what had to be done and brought up a very reasonable estimate right away. As soon as we signed off, Kevin and his assistant Sean got right to work and in less than an hour had everything fixed and ready to go. They were clean, polite, and insanely efficient. They didn't try to add-on any additional services or sell us on anything, just fix the problem and let us know they'd be ready to help if we ever needed it again. I am truly blown away by the service we received. We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some other companies we've worked with in the past and going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can confidently say that Mr. Rooter has a new loyal customer. Obviously the lightning fast arrival and work time shouldn't be seen as the standard, but the fact that they were so efficient and kind really made all of the difference. I cannot recommend this company enough - as I said at the beginning, if you are looking for fast and reliable plumbing services in the Glenside/Abington/Willow Grove area, look no further.

I have used Hughes Plumbing for more then 20 years and counting. From the first day, they have been completely honest, professional and consistent in their work, their guarantee, and cost savings for my family. My 30 year old AC unit finally went out on one of hottest days ever. I called Hughes, Rita called me right back, they came, wrote up a proposal that worked for me and my family, and the next day, they were here at 8am. When they were done, I had the best complete system I could ever imagine! Hughes does excellent work!

Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.
