Tony came out within an hour of me calling. Very pleasant and professional demeanor. After assessing the situation, he also gave me alternatives that didn't include him doing the job. I made the choice to allow Tony to do the work on my sink pipes because of his honesty. I was very pleased with his work. My sink is nice and secure now with no leaking, and he did a nice clean up job. Thumbs up

Dave showed up ready to work. He was able to address and access the issue by just looking at the damage. I was able to resolve the issue the same day and that was a relief. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Recently, as the weather turned colder, I thought I was turning on the heater, but nothing happened. My house felt like a barn. I called Aqua Plumbing & Heating and the next day Billy arrived and fixed the problem and took the time to bleed the radiators. I truly appreciate the quick, efficient service. Mike Sweeny came over on Saturday evening and quickly assessed what he planned to do to trouble shoot our backed up water situation in our kitchen. He explained what he would do, told me the cost, had me agree to it, told me that if his first approach did not work that he would then begin on a new trajectory with an increased price. After delving into his first approach, he found what was causing the problem and resolved it. He had a great and positive attitude. Very courteous and informative. And he solved our problem.
