Great Service

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Anthony and Hunter were very friendly and respectful. They wore covering on their shoes. They explained the repair work they were doing step by step. They made good recommendations to me on how to avoid future problems with my garbage disposal unit. I really appreciated their service.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. They did a great job

My backyard spigot had rusted and broken off when I was replacing my hose. Chris Tucker came out the same day to help me deal with the problem and did an excellent job replacing the pipe/spigot and patching the holes made to get the pipe out from my basement to my backyard. Overall very efficient and communicative - I appreciated how he took his time to explain what needed to be done. Would use this company again.

My faucet feels like knew and functional. He was very kind enough to tighten my loose toilet seat.
