I called on a Friday morning and spoke with the office they were super nice, and quoted me a price and then told me how I would receive a call in the morning, which happened just like I was told the service was excellent and the 2 men who did the job were very polite and very pleasant, I will recommend this company to everyone I know and the quoted price was very reasonable and far thanks for making everything so easy and efficient, if I have any plumbing or heating issues you have my business

Tuan and his team were courteous and professional. They replaced all the cast iron in my house and the outside drain. Very clean as well. You never would have known they were there besides the beautiful new pipes. Not only was the price great, Tuan was able to come up with a sensible solution that kept the new pipes closer to the wall, made it cheaper and will help with eventually finishing the basement. Best plumbers in town

What a ridiculous experience. After scheduling for 8am, the technician showed up at 10am while I was on a work call and flustered.I was told our faucet needed replacing (no problem) and that we should invest in a better faucet so it lasts this time.After agreeing to a 'better' faucet, he left to pick it up. He was back an hour later and stayed for 30 mins to install.Turned out the total cost was $960(!), and the faucet was only $300. $660 for 30 mins work!? I felt I was intentionally mislead and would never use them again. When I called to ask for an itemized bill, I was told they don't do that, and the lady wasn't interested.Awful service.

I had a really good experience with American DrainZ. The initial consultation for the work was very through and informative. The price quoted was a great value for the work needed. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. I would recommend American DrainZ for your plumbing needs.

My Technician was Amir. Excellent service, friendly, professional. The office staff is great too. One of the only companies I called that actually answered the phone and they keep you updated with info on the technician’s availability and when they are on their way. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

In June 2018, I hired Tim to redo my kitchen and basement. His work was outstanding! Tim offered great suggestions, was very professional and kept the work areas very clean. Im extremely happy and highly recommend his service to the community.
