Tony was a great help! Best same day service after calling over a dozen companies. He is super honest and upfront and doesn’t try to upcharge you like crazy which other companies do. He fixed a problem not even related to plumbing and am so grateful that we figured out where the extra water was coming from. Thank you so much!

They plumber never showed up after I waited 4 hours and wasted an entire day. A representative had the nerve to call me up 30 minutes after the 4 hour window had lapsed and offered the worst excuse that I have ever heard. She claimed that they thought that the appointment was for 2 AM in the morning. I asked her if that were true why are you calling 30 minutes after your people never showed for the scheduled time. I will never do business with this company again and I would warn anyone else to avoid them at all cost.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

Had a bad leak in basement and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash came out right away for leak detection. Leak was caused from a bad curb trap. Curb trap or sewer line was repaired. They cleaned everything up for me and the place looked better than it ever did. Additionally, they used a solution to kill germs and smell from the leak. Truly appreciate the great job they did for us.

Tyler did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in my drainage system, and he and Sean repaired the problem withn a day or two. It was a major job, taking around 6 hours. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a comfortable professional manner. Initially this company was my second opinion and I am so very glad I called them because I ended up spending significantly less money than another company had quoted me. But even more important was that the other company was clearly incorrect in the problem and solution they had proposed. I most definitely will continue to use the services of Mr. Rooter in Glenside, and very highly recommend them.

Joe came out on time and was very professional from start to finish. He took note of my concerns and addressed each one of them. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his prices were beyond reasonable. To use anyone else would be a mistake. Any plumbing issues in the future I will only use Joe DeLuca.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
