I recommend Jake! He is very professional, fast, nice and attentive. Very knowledgeable of the work he’s doing and gets the job done. He fixed the broken pipes in my HVAC unit and replaced the shut-off valves for my bathroom sink. If you need someone who can get the job done right then and there…..ask for Jake!

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

Austin responded quickly to my call about a water leak and explained the problem and effectively repaired the leak the next day. He came on time and kept in touch. I highly recommend this Company and would use him again. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost. No complaints at all.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.

Called the company trying to talk to the owner about getting some work done, receptionist was rude and wouldnt even let me leave a message?

This company has employees who throws trash out of their work van outside restaurants and don’t care I don’t recommend people like this and neither should you!

I was referred by my friend who is a plumber. Even he was shocked to here what a rip off this company is. I thought my kitchen drain wasn't draining. He checked and said it was draining fine. Took him all of 5 min. Then said I owed $125. I stayed the girl who took the call never said anything about a $125 service fee. He said there are 3 girls that answer the phone and they should say it. Do not call this place. There are many plumbing companies who did service calls for a lot less. And they tell you there rate on the phone, not back door you So they can rip you off.

This company will have you in limbo without any resolution. Horrible customer service. The lady Robin is extremely unprofessional
