1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. **As a military family, we support veteran owned businesses as much as possible.**Let's start with, I received a call the day before to discuss issues I was having with 2 cast iron radiators. The morning of the appointment, I received a text message that Chris Tucker was on his way and a link allowed track his arrival. He was masked and wore protective booties over his boots.He immediately diagnosed the issue as substandard air valves and replaced both. While we waited for the steam system to heat up, he explained everything about the radiators, including the lifespan, how the new air valves work and that the radiator can be taken apart!He also took time to explain the entire system and why the living room had a two pipe radiator. So, not only did he correct substandard work, Chris provided education.Definitely a preferred contractor now!

Sunday evening we noticed our unit was not cooling. Called McLoughlin first thing Monday am. Mechanic was dispatched and repair was completed Monday afternoon. Great friendly and professional service in the middle of a heat wave.

Called and took my information and was told the service manager would call back in 15 minutes. 24 hours later still nothing. Called another outfit this morning and the gas leak is fixed and house warm again. Making this experience even more disappointing is that this occurred on the coldest day of the polar vortex in 2019.

I had some minor issues in need of repair and they came out the same day and resolved them. Quick, friendly, and professional!
