WONDERFUL COMPANY! My husband and I recently moved to the area and we were having a very hard time finding a reliable plumbing company that truly cared about its customers. Before finding Jeff’s we had received multiple quotes that were completely different for the repiping underneath of our sink. I had called Jeff’s based on the great reviews to ask for an estimate of the job and the gentleman who handles the scheduling was so wonderful. He was direct with what the cost would be and so pleasant to speak with. He was able to have us scheduled for the repair the very next day. Our technician Jimmy exceeded my expectations! He was by far the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Not only was he extremely hardworking and professional he was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He completely transformed the mess of original piping that was installed incorrectly below our sink and restored it working order. We will 100% be using Jeff’s plumbing again thanks to the wonderful work and kindness we received from our technician Jimmy!

My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

I have been in construction most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised from my first call how everything went so smoothly with Herrell Plumbing. They were able to come the next morning after I called late, the day before to switch out my water heater that was leaking.
Their techs were extremely experienced and the quality of work was some of the best I have seen in years. I have worked with tons of plumbers at many projects. Many of them usually do sloppy work and want to rush the job. The Lead Tech Bill B. and Tim Craig were definitely some of the best i have experienced in many aspects. They knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond and even swept out the garage. Trust me that rarely if ever happens! Call Herrell and ask for Bill B or Tim R if you want to have a stress free experience!

Louis spent two days in my home recently working on a tub to shower conversion in my main bathroom. He arrived promptly on time each day, was extremely professional in his demeanor, performed his work diligently while keeping me constantly informed of what was happening, and managed to be very affable and unobtrusive in the process.
