Over charging customer and if you don't watch them ,they purposely break things to upsell and get you for more money,they also offered me a $30 discount if I wrote a good review for the company smh ,don't trust this company. you claim this is a fake review answer this question,do you pay your plumber's and pumpers $35 when they get the customer to write a positive review, how would I know that if I wasn't a customer (this was told to me when my septic tank was pumped) like I said before dont trust this company and watch them if you do decide to ignore my warning

David is a well trained (see what I did there) old school technician that knows what he's doing and does good work. We originally found him as he was the only one willing to come to our house on a Saturday to help restore water when our pump went out. We ended up having him install a full filtration system as his prices were fair and reasonable. He did a wonderful job. The pictures are 9 months after install, still working well.
If you need filtration done, or any plumbing for that matter, I'd give him a call.

Moved into new home and I have had Tropical Plumbing out several times to fix multiple of different plumbing issues. I have had several different plumbers who all do a really professional job. I am really appreciative of the extra effort and care they take in my home to fix plumbing issues.

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Leo did a great job fixing my leaking tub faucet cleanly, thoroughly, and correctly. He used an OEM part replacement that he had on hand to fix my valve. I appreciated his explanations and learned a good amount too. He even caulked some old unused pipes left by a previous contractor, even though it had nothing to do with my leaking faucet.

Very professional, arrived in a timely manner, did a thorough job. Could have gotten 5 stars, except driver spilled some raw sewage on my driveway entrance while putting away the hoses back on the truck, then covered it up with a little dirt. Not cool.

We had a leaking pipe on the side of our house. Kevin was very polite and helpful over the phone. He requested a picture and upon texting it to him he was able to offer a quote over the phone. Price was very reasonable. We scheduled a time and Kevin arrived on time and ready to go. He has a very nice personality and very easy to work with He inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix it.
Very happy with his service.

We will definitely call this company again when plumbing needs arise. (In fact, this is the second time Kevin has been to our home.) I am happy to have a trustworthy plumber to call and refer to friends. Thankful we found them. This company and Kevin's customer service was excellent!

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
