After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

I am obsessed with this company. I requested Bryan to visit our dwelling a couple of times, and his work is phenomenal! He can do load bearing shelves, fix door locks, fix ceiling fans, bath fixtures, fill in and paint holes in the wall, change closet doorknobs, take care of air conditioner problems, you name it! We could not be more amazed.

We had annual septic maintenance done and Ernesto was fantastic. He was on time, courteous and informative about the process. Since Lapin has done previous extensive work on our septic i would have thought they would have provided him with the location of the tank and potential hazards however that wasn’t provided to him. We took pictures of the tank location and he wrote up the details and was going to add it into the account for the next maintenance person. Thanks Ernesto!!! - Ms. Claudia
