I highly recommend Bryan and his team - they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. They worked on several projects for me, from installing a new sink faucet to fixing my shower caulk and replacing light fixtures. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were also a joy to have around. They are honest, good-hearted people who always keep the highest standards of professionalism. 4 years ago Lapin were heroes to us as their customer service was above and beyond. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball for us after the 2017 September hurricane. They did not show up for a scheduled filter brush cleaning and were unresponsive to follow up calls. When I finally reached them they doubled the rate. Not happy to lose a formerly trusted service provider.

I called Well-Done services because my mobile home had many issues with plumbing. He resolved them all quickly and correctly. He even showed up the same day if they had 50 star review I would give him 100.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leaking backflow device and originally called a different plumber (Pro-tech). The other plumber quoted me $499, then around $300 when I said I wanted a second estimate. I didn't feel good about Pro-Tech, so I called Choice Plumbing. They came out the next day (they gave me a window of 8-12, and came at 11), quoted me less than $300, and fixed the leak in just under an hour from their arrival. I would use them again, especially after I had such a bad experience with another company.

I had a leak in the copper hot water line in the slab somewhere under my guest bathroom vanity. Trent was very professional and courteous. He was able to pinpoint the location of the leak, but also provided me with infrared photos to indicate exactly where water had seeped into the drywall and baseboards. Highly recommend!

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
