Van comes out on a consistent basis and every time he visits, he delivers service with a smile and a Rollie Fingers mustache. He is very personable and always willing. Great Job Van!

Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. My home had a defective water heater and +40 year old plumbing that was leaking. He and his team repiped my entire house and replaced the broken water heater quickly so that I would be able to have water in the house for me and my family. We can't thank him enough and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

I honestly have never been serviced by this company,... HOWEVER.... my bf works for the company and he has said NOTHING BUT positive things about the people that he works for.
The owner, Kent, is not only a kind and considerate man, but he runs a VERY high quality HONEST business.
My bf works service calls doing repairs and installs here in the greater Orlando area.
He is coming up on a year of service with Action this week and had previously worked with them some years ago.
He is very meticulous and professional in his work and that is certainly reflected in the highly experienced craftsmanship of everything that he touches!
Now if I can just get him to unclog the kitchen sink here at home.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Excellent and professional service!! We purchased a replacement water heater from Lowe's (ours was leaking) and Shamrock was the service they contracted to do our installation. Couldn't ask for a better service technician/installer- friendly and knowledgeable. Plus their office called and kept me informed of their arrival time (including when they picked up the heater from Lowes). Definitely recommend.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
