Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Nick came out this afternoon because the other day, I had two visits from your other employees (first was septic, next was a plumber)...they were great, but really didn't resolve the issue to where I even knew what was going on (the plumber did partially resolve a clog temporarily). But today, the same issues occurred AGAIN. So nothing was really 'fixed' and I was SO bummed, and disappointed! But you guys sent Nick out, and he spent a lot of time here trying to figure everything out/problem-solving and got me to where at least I think I have a direction to go in now, to get the problem completely resolved. He was VERY nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was super impressed with his expertise. I still have work that needs done, and will be using your company but beyond this- for future issues- I will likely request Nick by name when possible. :-)

Kevin was on time and professional. Called in advance to make sure that him arriving early was okay. Came in took care of the issue, and explained how to prevent in the future. Great quality service, and the cheapest price we have paid to fix the issue prior. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! Pipe burst leading into hot water heater on a Friday evening (why does this always happen on Friday night?). Saturated the entire wall. Called Grace, they promised to show up with 30 minutes to take a look at it. Less than 25 minutes later the owner, Kevin, was at my house. The copper pipe was the original pipe and had degraded to the point that it had burst. Within an hour he had taken the old copper pipe off in a way that left all of the good copper and had replaced the bad area (had to cut out section of wall to replace).

During the whole thing, kevin was very professional and did his best to keep the costs as low as possible (for a late Friday evening emergency job). Great service, any other plumbing needs I'll definitely be starting with grace plumbing.

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

They came out to hook up a natural gas grill that I bought. Service was great, no frills and exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Rip off. We had our roof replaced, and we suspected a nail hit a gas line because we had a gas leak the same day. Asked BF to come do a leak detection service so that we could find the source of the leak, and show it to the roofing company. I showed them where the piping would most likely be close enough to be penetrated by a nail. After a couple hours, I'm told that they've verified there's a link somewhere in the tube, but they can't tell where at. They then gave me two options for repair, one to replace sections of piping, maybe 15 feet total, for $800+, and then if that doesn't work (Because they have no idea where the leak is coming from, even though I'm paying $375 for a leak detection test...) they'll replace everything for $1800!

After the tech left (who was actually super nice) I climbed in the attic and crawled to the corner where I suspected the nail to hit the pipe, and guess what! Clear as day, there's a nail sticking straight into the pipe. I called and asked for my money back, since it seemed awfully silly for me to have to pay $375 for a leak detection that they (a) weren't able to detect, and (b) took me all of 10 minutes to find myself, because I actually took the time to crawl on my hands and knees to look.

They refused, with the explanation that, We determined there was in fact a leak in the pipe. That's what the leak detection is. Good job! There's a leak somewhere in 150 feet of piping, and your solution is to just try to replace it and hope it gets fixed.
