We have never owned a septic tank before our current home. I have called on 2 occasions and was astonished by how helpful the employees are. The first time I spoke to Jeff and the second time I spoke to Kyle. They both helped me trouble shoot what my problem was and even told me how to check the filter (which they could have charged me to send someone out instead). They even offered same day service when our system stopped draining altogether! When I learned that we still had a warranty (through another company unfortunately) I cancelled our appointment to have Total Enviro Services come out. They were very understanding and even offered to speak directly to the warranty company if there were any services they could assist with. I would definitely recommend Total Enviro Services! I will be using them for all my future needs. Thank you Kyle and Jeff for doing business the right way. Finding a company that is honest and upfront BEFORE they even schedule an appointment or ask you for money is rare. Thank you for being that! It is truly appreciated.

It turned out to be a simple clogged toilet, I had to go to work and my wife was here alone, the man left a mess on the bathroom floor and left a filthy plunger in the bath tub.and after all that he took advantage of my wife and charged her 250 dollars. My advice is never ever use reliance plumbing

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Frank Gay replaced my A/C last year. I was very pleased with the service. I called them again recently and within a day got quick on time service. Keith, the tech was professional and understood my needs. I am satisfied with the way they handled my issue. Kudos to a great company.

My usual plumber was booked up after Christmas, so when we ran into a problem we chose this place to help. Nice plumber and fast results! Cost was higher than our usual place.

Workers are not properly trained to do their job correctly and fail to uncap the street valves on your yard to release air. That causes water eruption in the toilets of homes. We called to complain and spoke to Mr, Walker who was very rude and unprofessional. The company has no accountability. Find another company who cares and is more professional.
