I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. I will never depend on another plumbing company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I have truly come to really enjoy Frank Gay’s routine maintenance plans. No one likes to get hit with surprise bills but maintenance is a cost of home ownership as they say and their field agents walk you through recommended repairs and nice to have future upgrades alike, explaining in great detail the logic and methodology. They are never pushy and you’re always free to take recommendations under consideration or postpone.Today’s electrician, Yuri, was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. He friendly and thorough, spending extra time on the job making sure everything was just right and the panel box was up to his standards. Very pleased customer!

Harrell Plumbing was the ONLY plumber that was available and that had actually returned my call. The plumber that actually came out Sebastian was very nice, didn't mind questions and had a very professional attitude. He was onsite within an hour and had me up and running within an hour. All the other plumbers I called said that I should wait till tomorrow morning when it was cheaper (The call was on a Sunday) - but I couldn't because I have dogs and I am not going to not have running water. Needless to say, I will not go with a plumber that says that. But that wasn't the case with Harrell, they were johnny on the spot and delivered. Even explained what and why my issue happened and created a resolution that would keep me from having that problem again. KUDOS to Sebastian at Herrall Plumbing. Will definitely use again!

Called right before the 4th of July holiday weekend about a non-emergency issue related to low water pressure. I was able to get an appointment for July 5th, which was faster than I expected. The visit took less than an hour and the plumber, John, explained different options I could choose from of how to fix our house's pressure issues and then quickly completed the repairs once we decided. John was very friendly and helpful, and our issue was completely resolved.

I was able to give Mercury plumbing a call and set up a morning appointment they asked if it was an emergency and thank God it wasn’t. The office called in the morning to confirm and Gabe promptly reached out before he arrived, Took care of it in under an hour!!! We were able to Open our doors for business the same day. The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward. If I ever need work done again, I won't hesitate to reach out to them.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
