During the process of removing an old septic tank and installing a new one we had 6 respectful, professional and kind employees of Lapin come to our house and interact with us over many visits. The process happened in the amount of time they explained it would and if anything unexpected came up we were kept in the loop and it was taken care of quickly and with little encouragement from us. They did their job, did it well and explained everything to us along the way. All of my questioned didn't bother them at all. They made sure I understood and felt good about the next move. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

I have dealt with Jeff's on a few different occasions. I'll start by saying that the technicians are always pleasant and the work they have done has been good. I rated as 2 stars because as a whole, working with this company is an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. The owner is incredibly rude. Calls go through an answering service which don't always get a return call. They very rarely arrived on-time, or even CLOSE to on-time. More than once, this ended up costing ME more. (either because I had to take additional time off work because of their lateness & rescheduling, or I had to pay another service to reschedule because they should have already been done). The work has been fine once it's finally done, but getting there was just more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Called for an emergency call was not able to get me in for that but was able to accommodate me early in the schedule the following morning. Tech was very friendly, fast and made sure to explain everything they did. I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues.
