They did an amazing job installing fans in our condo - and it was no easy feat considering there was no electrical hook up for the fans, so they had to snake the wires instead. The results were professional and perfect, and the value was unbeatable. We had two fans installed as well as a chandelier, and the total cost was lower than any other quote we received. Action Plumbing recently helped us out when the burner on our hot water heater went out. They were out the same day, diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to overnight the needed part for repair. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

I called about a work order and spoke with a woman named Jay Jay I believe. She was extremely unprofessional. I don't think she noticed, or maybe she did and didn't care but I overheard her talking to her coworkers and cursing and being really nasty and rude.

Had a house fire, the entire house had to be gutted and redone. MJS Construction took on the job and did a great job. They even helped me with finding a private adjuster to help me with the insurance claim process. My home was redone better than it ever had been. Highly recommend MJS Construction.
