I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Leo replaced two valves that were made of cheap plastic. The one for the cold water for the water heater was leaking and the one for the main water line would not turn. Leo was nice and professional. He works very hard and takes pride on his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

The service was good, but I feel like the pricing is not fair. After a first visit where I was told my septic had issues (and I spent money to have that pumped), I had to have them come out a second time. Then it was discovered I had grease issues in about 15 feet of pipe. I was first told it would be $1500 and then I had to haggle with my plumber and he kept calling his manager. I asked if I could get an hourly price because I believed the job would be pretty quick and they said they couldn't do an hourly rate. Other than the setup of a pressure washer and breakdown, the main cleaning of the 15 feet of line took less than 30 minutes and they said it would still be $750. I still don't think that is a fair price for 15 foot of pipe and about an hour total of work. They should really have a no-haggle policy and adjustments for when an issue is easier than expected.

Called them with a recent leak in my water line. They were very responsive and friendly to deal with, especially Karen and Sheila who got someone right out there. The price seemed fair and the work was done quickly by a friendly technician. Would recommend.

We had a leak at our salon, and within 45 minutes Gabe had showed up and repaired it. Could not be more grateful for the ready and knowledgeable staff. He was even able to work through a continuous water drip since our main shut off didn’t fully work! We were up and operational on time!! thank you Mercury!

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
