We are very happy with service that was provided by EL PLOMERO LATINO IC, and technician Franklin,who installed new gas water heater for us. Our neighbor recommended this company and Franklin,we requested him and we are very satisfied with work that he has done for us.
He was very attentive,professional,polite,fair and honest.Very knowledgeable about work .

The plumber who hooked up the water supply to my new fridge did an excellent job. Due to the age of my home, a water line was not available to the previous refrigerator. The worst part was that the only way to get to the plumbing, which was in a crawl area far from the fridge, was through a trap door. The plumber put in a lot of time running new pipe, connecting existing pipes, and putting a shutoff valve beneath the sink. I'm overjoyed.

I called TJ Handyman Services to do some stuff around the house. Tony, Shayam, and Jose were amazing. They did a phenomenal job. Shayam was very knowledgeable in electrical installation. Jose did great with the painting and Tony was an amazing team leader. The three of them had a great team work spirit. I give Tony, Shayam and Jose 5 stars. Thank you.

We are collaborating with Orlando Plumbing for the second time. Travis was our plumber today, and he was expeditious, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. I endorse this business.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

Kevin came out to our place on the same day we called and has been very diligent. He was very knowledgeable in our problem and was very responsive with our questions. He was making sure during the service that everything(toilets and showers) were working and that our problems were solved. Our pipes had to be cleaned and he was very professional and kind during the whole service.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
