Both Alex and his coworker, Devon, did an excellent job. They stayed for two whole days. On both days, they arrived promptly at the appointed hour. Alex was extremely well-informed and forthright about the issues and costs. The two gentlemen were the epitome of competence and politeness. The work was completed efficiently and effectively. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. From receiving a text to inform me of an arrival time (which was accurate) to emailed receipts immediately afterwards, Orlando City Plumbing recognizes that the clients time is important, too. Bryce was polite, informative, and made quick work of what was a big problem for me. Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Christopher was prompt to respond and on time for our appointment. We had him move a gas pipe to make room for a new oven. He was knowledgeable about the gas system and did a great job - highly recommended.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
