HORRIBLE, set a appointment time between 11-1 pm on a friday . they state that i will get a call prior to the arrival and driver will not come unless i answer the call. 1 pm comes and i never hear from them. i called and they state that driver will be there within 45 minutes. well that happens for the next 4 hrs!!!Took off work early to accommodate the plumber. plumber never shows and lady i spoke to continuously lies and states driver are on the way. i can tell this is the standard for this company. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. Kevin Correa with Drain Genie plumbing services came out to repair the toilet in our master bathroom when it wouldn’t flush. Not only did he come out first thing the day after we requested service, but he went and got a part immediately and came right back to finish the repair.He explained everything well as he was going, and the price was fair. Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
