Wow! Recently I used Jeff’s Kitchen, Bath and Beyond to do the total repipe of our 1 story, 2.5 bath house and could not be more impressed. The team of Dustin, Robert, Joey and Lee arrived on time and ready to work. They took into consideration my concerns regarding holes they would make in the walls. They kept me informed throughout the job of any issues they encountered. They were never negative, rude or unpleasant in any way. The job took exactly as long as they estimated and the cost was very competitive. Furthermore, they sent a drywall contractor (Kenneth Mills Drywall) out vs. using their in-house guy because he wouldn’t be available during my timeline. KMD did an outstanding job as well. I highly recommend Jeff’s for your big or small plumbing needs.

We've used Jeff's twice now. Both times they were wonderful! Kristy in the office was so nice & helpful with explaining the process. The crews were timely and worked hard. Our 2nd time using them was for an emergency repipe & Riccardo helped work us into their schedule so my grandma wouldn't be without water for too long. Dustin & his crew are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

Harrell Plumbing was the ONLY plumber that was available and that had actually returned my call. The plumber that actually came out Sebastian was very nice, didn't mind questions and had a very professional attitude. He was onsite within an hour and had me up and running within an hour. All the other plumbers I called said that I should wait till tomorrow morning when it was cheaper (The call was on a Sunday) - but I couldn't because I have dogs and I am not going to not have running water. Needless to say, I will not go with a plumber that says that. But that wasn't the case with Harrell, they were johnny on the spot and delivered. Even explained what and why my issue happened and created a resolution that would keep me from having that problem again. KUDOS to Sebastian at Herrall Plumbing. Will definitely use again!

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Tried to talk to the sales rep. Text only. Had mega problems getting things done. They had my money and didn't care any more. Tv ad says 1 to 2 days. That is a lie. Took almost 2 months to do a 4 bed 2 bath house. STAY AWAY
