She was very nice, calmed me down and said someone would be there within 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours later the technician was here and fixed the toilet. So thanks to all. This morning on the 417 northbound in orlando one of their trucks pulling a trailer dropped a coupling that broke my headlight. Their office doesn't pick up the phone and both voicemails are full. What kind of clowns are these guys?

Buyer Beware! They will lie to you in writing and not keep their end of the agreement. They never paid us for a plumbing permit that they hired us to pull, then asked us to change our name on it and then they used the permit! Scam artist or just plain unprofessional and misleading.
