Before completing the work, the Orlando Plumbing service arrived on time, was cordial, and provided a thorough explanation of the scope of the project and associated costs. Responded and resolved my issue within 12 hours!!

I contacted Jeff to do a valve exchange in a shower. His technician came out and found that the plumbing was bad and the house needed replumbed. After talking with the homeowners, they decided to proceed based on his recommendation. They did a quality job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The homeowner was very pleased with that job.

Based on that experience I had another homeowner who was having issues with an older home where the pipes were leaking under the slab. So again, I contacted Jeff. They came out and provided a reasonable estimate. We decided to use them again.
And again, they provided a quality job in a reasonable time. The homeowner had an issue with a trim cover that was put back on the handicap walk in tub being out of alignment. We contacted Jeff and he sent his technician out and it was taken care of to the homeowners satisfaction.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I called Chris and he immediately answered. I had a “different type” of flapper in my toilet I had never seen. Chris came out and fixed it. He also fixed my valve to my toilet that turns on and off the water that is connected to the pipe because it didn’t turn anymore. He also unclogged a sink in my bathroom. All of this done same day! He was very professional, and on time! I appreciate the fast, awesome work. Plumbing is expensive but I feel his price was average!

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
