Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Leo did a great job fixing my leaking tub faucet cleanly, thoroughly, and correctly. He used an OEM part replacement that he had on hand to fix my valve. I appreciated his explanations and learned a good amount too. He even caulked some old unused pipes left by a previous contractor, even though it had nothing to do with my leaking faucet.

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. I will never depend on another plumbing company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

I have my house repipe by Sean S and Chris. I must say I am very impressed.very professional, hard working, polite, very friendly and very experienced. I am very pleased with the job they perform. They clean up as they go along and that's a plus.it was a difficult task but they got it done in a timely manner and they explained everything to me what they were doing. Sean and Chris keep up the good work. As for the young man that did my drywall you are very messy, you did not lay a drop cloth when you were working, you leave nothing but mess on my floor now am going have to scrape this mess that hard up on my floor.for future reference wear a shoe cover when you are working my bathroom rug is messed up by your shoes. You also need to perform neater job in the future. Thank you again Sean and Chris for a job well done.

I was able to give Mercury plumbing a call and set up a morning appointment they asked if it was an emergency and thank God it wasn’t. The office called in the morning to confirm and Gabe promptly reached out before he arrived, Took care of it in under an hour!!! We were able to Open our doors for business the same day. Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
