I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Mike with MJS is an honest and reliable company. During the recent storms through Central Florida, most companies were either ignoring my call or trying to scam me in a time of need. Mike assured me he would take care of all of the damages to my home in a timely manner and honest price. Owning a custom home with unique architecture, I was so pleased and excited to see MJS fix all of the damage done by those nasty storms. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Leo replaced two valves that were made of cheap plastic. The one for the cold water for the water heater was leaking and the one for the main water line would not turn. Leo was nice and professional. He works very hard and takes pride on his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

I highly advise, DO NOT hire CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC. They have costed us an Excessive amount of MONEY, above and over our new construction contracts with them. We have had to hire seperate plumbing crews to fix their mistakes, and to ultimately take over their contracts. Their delays (months long), and mistakes have costed us a Tremendous amount of time ($Penalties$), and additional money on labor, plus additional materials which had to be re-purchased due to improper install. (Leaking tubsets/drains, faulty shower pans installions, incorrect meter preperations, excessive slab foundation damage due to inaccurate underground work, drywall/tile damage due to repairs, etc.). CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC. has also decided not to warrant any of their own work that was done. Save money and your projects and find a reputable plumber.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

They found the programs with my ac unit and did it for a responsible price. The tech I had Jose was great. Explained everything and had amazing customer service. Would highly recommend!

Duane came out to repair a water leak in my front yard. He arrived at 10 pm on a Sunday night as promised and didn’t leave until my service was restored. Duane was very professional and took time to explain the issue and answer any other plumbing related questions I had.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
