I came home after being gone for 2 months at around 3-4:00 AM, and I began experiencing dirty water backing up into my bathtubs every time a toilet was flushed. Called Drain Genie in a panick, after calling several plumbing companies in the area for about an hour with no luck. Kevin Correia arrived to my home within 1.5 hours, and cleared my main sewer line out within about 45 minutes. Then he took the time to help me understand how to avoid this happening again in the future after being away for an extended length of time for work. He was quick, efficient, and straightforward - and the company provided amazing service leading up to his arrival with text updates. Moreover, it has been 5 hours since I started calling plumbers that advertised 24/7 emergency services with a quick call back time promised, and still haven't heard back from anybody. Extremely satisfied with Drain Genie and Kevin Correia, and will never hesitate to recommend them to anybody that needs a solid plumber! Thank you guys!

Had to hv a plumber out twice as 1st one didn’t tighten tube from toilet to wall. They r very prompt & 2nd guy seemed more knowledgeable.. Waaay too pricey for me!!!!!!

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
