I highly recommend Bryan and his team - they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. They worked on several projects for me, from installing a new sink faucet to fixing my shower caulk and replacing light fixtures. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were also a joy to have around. They are honest, good-hearted people who always keep the highest standards of professionalism. They truly care about their clients and always make sure beautiful work that will last for years to come.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Undoubtedly pleasant staff however they Charged me FULL PRICE for running a snake and not even fixing the problem. “Sorry mam, the problem isn’t fixed. Your bill is $220”. I’m absolutely disappointed.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

I just had my Ac unit worked on. Copper piping need to be replaced. The two gentlemen who replaced it were the best! Great professional, polite , and personable work guys. I will call you every time. Five stars!!!

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.

Don't work with this company. Jorge González is a scammer and a thief. He does not pay his employees. He owes me 120 hours of work and owes my coworkers a lot more
