After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

I had them come out to give me an estimate on a house re-piping. They cancelled on me the first time, asked to reschedule, then they charged me an $85 fee for an estimate. The guy who came out spent all of 5 minutes looking at my 2 bathrooms. Nobody ever told me there would be a service fee in the 5 plus times I was on the phone with this company. Not a single other company charged me a fee, and they're quotes were $2,000 cheaper than reliance plumbing. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Albert and his team did an excellent job moving an outdoor water spigot from one side of the fence to the other.

Albert and his team were professional and very courteous. Albert clearly explained what they would be doing prior to starting their work. They were also very careful to try and leave the ground that they had to unearth in the same condition that is was in prior to their visit.

We were very pleased with all of their work and the cost for their services. We will definitely use Stronghold Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

A week or so ago, late at night or early the next morning (over the weekend), we noticed water leaking in the kitchen. After contacting our Home Warranty Company who did nothing to help us (an epic fail), my son went online to find us a Plumber. Based on a prayer for guidance and customer reviews, we settled on Drain Genie Plumbing Services and I am so glad we did! On a Sunday afternoon, we reached out to them and John called us back right away. The next day (we were able to turn the water on and off as needed), John had an employee come out to find the source of the leak. This was the beginning of a wonderful experience with a group of the most hardworking, courteous, professional, and honest people we have ever encountered in business. Although it ended up being easier to replumb the house than to fix the leak, the cost was so very fair. When we had a previous leak, another company quoted double what we paid to get the work done. These gentlemen, starting with John were superb - positively superb. They came in and did an awesome job in 5 hours. Outstanding! My son, who followed them around to see what they were doing and to move stuff out of the way when needed, was told, and showed everything they were doing. They answered any questions he had without hesitation or attitude. The next morning, the drywall team came in to do patch work. The drywall team was also outstanding. They were in and out in less than 3 hours after arrival. A day later, we had a few issues after everything was done and I called John. Within an hour, Aaron and his son were at the house and they took care of the problem right away. After they left, John called back to follow-up and explain to me again what happened. This is an outstanding company with great employees. Believe me when I say that I am not talking them up and I am afraid these comments do not adequately do them justice. We prayed for guidance and that we would engage with the right people. Plumbing is expensive and as a recent retiree, I do not have money to burn. Our prayers were answered when we entered a business agreement/relationship with Drain Genie Plumbing Services. They will be our plumbers forever! Thank you so much for doing a great job and for the pleasure of working with John and his staff.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.
